Here's who I am & what I do
My name is Jocelyn Tubiera, a Freelance Virtual Assistant, Recruitment Specialist, Virtual Receptionist and SEO/Facebook Ads Analyst. A former Customer Service Supervisor for an Australian Telco. I am currently full time freelancer for virtual assistance and admin support.
I can offer you and your company my reliability, resourcefulness, hard work, flexibility and honesty.
My experience as a Customer Service Team Lead for 4 years is a big advantage. I worked at the BPO Industry for 14 years and supported Customer Service, Technical Support, Email and Chat Support and Sales is a very big help.
I am able to work under pressure with very minimal supervision and can provide regular updates about the progress of my work. I have always desired to provide excellent and efficient work, I give value to work ethics and professionalism and I'm very determined to deliver my best in each project.
